About our Hi-Vis Softshells & Fleece
Between the vest of summer and the padded coat of winter there is most of the year, and that is what a hi-vis softshell or fleece is for. A softshell is windproof and shower-resistant with a little stretch; a fleece is warm, light and quick to dry, and many are worn as a mid-layer under a waterproof on the coldest days.
Result's printable safety softshells have smooth panels on the chest and back made for exactly this, so a printed logo sits flat and stays sharp. Regatta's X-Pro and Pro Contract softshells, Portwest's PW3 and Yoko's softshell are the tougher choices for heavier work; the ProRTX, Regatta Thor and Yoko fleeces cover the budget end.

What is a printable softshell?
A softshell with smooth panels on the chest and back, so a printed logo sits flat and stays sharp. Result's printable safety softshells are made this way.
Is a hi-vis fleece enough on its own in winter?
On a dry, still day, often. In wind or rain it works best as a warm layer under a waterproof hi-vis jacket.
Can you embroider a hi-vis fleece?
Yes. Fleece takes embroidery well on the chest. For a large back logo, print is the better choice.
